create a local chart for https://git.4rs.nl/awiteb/forgejo-guardian https://code.forgejo.org/infrastructure/k8s-cluster/pulls/241
create a configuration to run against https://v10.next.forgejo.org
dry-run and verify it does something sensible to trim user that had no public activity
run for real
check that it does nothing on the next iteration
keep it running for a month and observe results (accounts are created on a regular basis)
